Flags unapprovedAnnotator users still Active in the Roster or Employee Export — Browser Edition
Lists every user with Role = "unapprovedAnnotator" from the Users CSV, alongside their Status in the MUPSL Roster sheet and Employee Status in the Employee Export. Rows where either status is "Active" are flagged as a mismatch. No user is dropped from the output.
